At least 3 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes
Experience with quality control and assurance
Knowledge of Food Safety regulations / standards and culture related to category I (production of packaging material).
Supervise a team of technicians, line leaders, manipulants, material handlers and operators.
Ensure product quality is conformance to required standard.
Maximize resources to achieve quality and output target.
Manage Work Instruction Procedure (WIP) and bottle neck to ensure 100% Production Order fulfillment.
Minimize stock variance and rejection rate.
Maximize labor efficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as QA/QC, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse / etc. to address production related issues.
On time submission of complete Production Order for closure.
Manage SAP system correctly and effectively.
Assist Production Manager in quality and cost improvement project.
To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS, FSSC, SMETA, ISCC Plus and company rules and regulations, policies, procedures and requirements.
Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
To perform any others duties as deem suitable.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
