To supervise and coordinate all production activities across both the day and night shifts, encompassing mixing, filling, packaging, manpower allocation, and process monitoring, while ensuring continuous operations, consistent product quality, and optimal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all production activities--including mixing, filling, packaging, labelling, and related processes--during the night shift.
Ensure staff adherence to SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Manage shift manpower, including task assignment, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary actions when required.
Monitor production output to ensure daily targets are consistently achieved.
Perform on-the-spot troubleshooting for production issues, including basic machine setup, adjustments, and minor repairs.
