About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on

Production Supervisor

to oversee daily manufacturing operations as part of business expansion. This role requires strong leadership, operational coordination, and the ability to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output and efficiency targets Assist in production scheduling, manpower planning, and workflow management Ensure production processes comply with SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot basic production issues Prepare production reports, maintain records, and manage shift handovers Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency Train, guide, and supervise production operators on work procedures and safety practices Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in

Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field

(preferred)

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

in a manufacturing or production environment Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage Basic knowledge of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety standards Willing to work shifts and able to perform in a fast-paced production environment Strong leadership, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary:

RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)

Annual Leave:

12 days

Probation Period:

3 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
