Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to applied.
• Knowledge in using MS Office
• Possess a good attitude with the initiative to learn
• Able to work independently as well as within a team

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line activities and adjust staffing to meet schedules.
• Enforce quality standards and conduct regular quality inspections.
• Manage quality testing for block production.
• Lead, train, and support production line workers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify workflow improvements and implement lean practices.
• Communicate goals and updates to team members and management.
• Prepare production and quality reports.
