Manage the production kitting process for medical and non-medical products, including system normal scrap and work order attrition (Smart Loader)
Oversee the Kitting schedule, ensuring timely completion of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
Supervise a Team of Kitting Operators, promising guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with others departments, including production planning, Quality Control and Engineering to ensure smooth production flow.
Implement and maintain standard operation procedure (SOPs) for kitting Operations.
Analyze and report on kitting metrics, Identifying areas for Improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulation areas for improvement.
Degree in any related field.
Minimum 2 - 4 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment, preferable in EMS Industry.
