Ensure employees comply with workplace policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) according to safety requirements and objectives.
Maintain and provide support for all 5S programs.
Lead Tier Meetings to facilitate communication and problem-solving among support team members.
Attend daily schedule plan discussions with suppliers and the PPIC team.
Review shift output performance every 2 hours and daily quality performance
and employees absenteeism with line leaders.
Resolve line problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
Supervise employees, including assigning personnel, training and orienting employees, recognizing significant accomplishments, coaching employees, evaluating performance, providing corrective action, and leading the team to achieve goals.
Counsel and discipline employees and implement actions for improvement.
Ensure the department meets its KPI goals (Safety, Quality, Output, DSA, Eff%).
Able to develop plans, set goals, evaluate work accomplishments, and provide effective feedback.
Flexibility to move to other operations and/or shifts or weekends as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business Management.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing line.
Knowledge in computer literacy (Power Point, Excel, Word, Power BI).
