Job Description

Identify all issues in production and provide continuous support to all CFT members according to operating standards on a daily basis.

? Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.

? Lead CFT production meeting daily (GYAT) and provide feedback on production performance, yields, downtime etc., and drive for improvements.

? Maintain records of all data attendance and provide effective training to all staff under his/her supervision.

? Declare all scrap on a real time basis and drive scrap reduction efforts.

? Coordinate with equipment and process teams and ensure compliance to all protocols and maintain product quality.

? Close all work orders within 14 days and drive for MLT reduction.

? Meet the production pack plan as provided and discuss with planners if the plan given is not appropriate.

? Ensure compliance to all SOPs to achieve all production objectives and provide appropriate feedback to all employees.

? Escalation for all abnormalities in production and quality issues arise in production within 30 to 60 minutes.

? Analyze DL staffing requirements and back-fill shortages after obtaining approval from management.

? Maintain and provide support to all 5S programs and prepare training programs for all operators.

? Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.

? Support on purge notice, stop & release shipment and NCMR approval.

? Attend to kaizen/LSS activities and complete at least 2 cost saving projects per year.

? OTD must be maintained above 98%

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,471.80 per month
