Role Summary

Oversea the production operation and making sure the manufacturing remains a smooth, efficient process and cost saving manner by monitoring employee's productivity, raw material usage, production machinery efficiency and organizing / processes workflows. Competent and comprehend complex operations to able to solve technical and quality issues. Production daily activities optimization to minimize the cost, ensure production processes deliver products of maximum quality in profitable manner.

Responsibilities

Ensure all Production schedule are met within the plan period.

To follow up material verification and prepare before production running

Ensure minimize Line or model Conversion loss time.

Overseeing worker discipline, coaching employees, train the worker.

Ensure Production productivity and output efficiency are consistent

Production productivity and individual session UPH monitoring.

Ensuring production output are met according daily/weekly/monthly target.

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

Carried out other job assignment as requested by Superior.

Responsible to understand and comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.

Cooperate with employer with regard to environmental, safety and health at workplace.

Job Requirements / Qualification

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,Certificate,Diploma or equivalent in any field.

Required skill(s): MS Office & Power point.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Applicants must be willing to work in Perai Industrial Areas.

Preferably with EMS environment specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
