Working Day/ Hour

Monday to Friday 7AM to 7PM / 7PM to 7AM (12 hours shift - with 2 hours automatically OT)

Job Scope

Lead the shift team to achieve shift production target. Prepare and ensure reports are ready by the end of the shift. Ensure the safety guideline are followed. Acting as Production ERT lead for the shift in charge. Plan and execute training plan for operators under the shift in charge based on production needs. Ensure Production is running smooth by getting correct resource to solve the problem and perform escalation on time whenever needed. Ensure proper pass-over of information to the following shift. Conduction counselling to the operator whenever needed Report any violation of rules or procedure happened within the shift in charge. Perform related duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals. Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency. Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.

Requirement

Diploma and above. Or SPM holder with more than 5 years' experience in SMT Production supervisor role. At least 2 years' experience in supervisory role, preferably in EMS Industry. Able to prepare reports and presentation using Microsoft Excel, word and Power Point. This position might require long hour of standing and walking. Able to work Overtime whenever needed.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
