1. Support Production Manager in managing day-to-day production activities and operations
2. Supervise production activities to ensure products meet quality standards and on-time delivery to customer.
3. Ensure all production process strictly follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirement.
4. Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) to ensure accuracy and traceability throughout production stages.
5. Identify and implement opportunities for production improvement, process efficiency, and waste reduction.
6. Coordinate with QA, Purchasing, and other relevant departments for smooth production flow.
7. Maintain records and reports as required by ISO standard and internal SOP.
8. Provide training and guidance to the production workers on quality and safety procedures.
