Job Description

Execute our production plan and estimate the main time requirements to complete work tasks. Handle employee issues and motivate employees to achieve goals. Conduct monthly inventory checks. Perform assigned ad - hoc tasks. Inspect incoming material inventory. Ensure smooth and efficient production, optimize resources while minimizing waste. Maintain optimal levels of raw materials and finished products; collaborate to improve processes and ensure quality and safety. Work with QA/QC to meet quality standards, update procedures, and manage non - conforming product production. Implement GMP, HACCP, and HALAL requirements to ensure compliance with standards.
To succeed in this position, you need to have:

Over 3 year of relevant work experience is preferred. Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and food safety standards. Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and HALAL requirements. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to analyze and improve production efficiency. Strong communication and liaison skills with various departments. Commitment to continuous improvement and waste reduction.
