Position Overview

Responsible to handle production operation and fulfill demand of the product and ensure production operation are run smoothly and organized and to follow instruction from superior.

Responsibilities

Ensure to fulfill daily production planning without failure. Monitor on daily production output and productivity. Check and ensure process product according to the stated specifications. To order dry and wet ingredients based on daily production planning. Ensure the correct the correct quantity used of raw material and ingredient during production process. Responsible to monitoring incoming raw material. Ensure raw material and stuffing chiller and freezer is clean and organized. Prepare and completing all Job Sheet. Responsible for Daily Planning, Job Order, Job Sheet, Overtime Record and updated daily stock calculation. Check condition of the machineries and utensils before and after operation. Create Work Order if there any problem on machineries and facilities. Maintain cleanliness and safety of working area and all equipment used in production operation. To inform and receive instruction from superior. Inform superior if there any problem on the process product. To be able working overtime if required by the superior. Monitor and supervise operators work and attendance. Ensure all subordinates wear uniform and outer garment according to stated regulations. Ensure subordinate follow the company's rules and regulation. To perform on job training related all production process to subordinates. To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.

Requirements/ Experiences

Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Certificate in Food Technology or equivalents. Experience working in the factory sector. Candidate must be willing to work on a shift basis.

Knowledge And Skills

Basic knowledge in prepared food principal. Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice and Hygiene. Knowledge and ability to train people. Product Knowledge. Good communication skill.
