Production Supervisor
Job Description
Ensure that all manufacturing tasks are carried out in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsible for accurately recording the manufacturing data and ensuring all materials and equipment used are properly documented.
Verify all raw materials and perform daily process verification for the operations under supervision.
Ensure that raw materials are weighed and processed in strict accordance with the procedures outlined in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and SOP.
Arrange daily manufacturing activities including overtime.
Ensure that rooms and work areas are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Be a good example to be emulated by the staff.
Participate in 'Self Inspection' arranged by the QA Department.
Participate in the 'Safety Committee'.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Sciences, Business or related fields. Proven record with more than 2 years of experience as Supervisor or similar is an advantage Hands on skills . Matured in person, people oriented, and proven leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills amongst employees and management. Self-motivated with results-driven person. Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented person on challenges. Pharmaceutical GMP knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
