Bhd Phase 3 , Bayan Lepas, Free Industrial Zone 11900 Penang Malaysia Job Highlights Daily 3 hours compulsory OT (Shift 4-2) Bonus 2 months+++ Yearly increment Job Responsibilities Lead/Supervise shift direct labour to meet operation target/KPI Ensure line discipline and procedures compliance Take care test Manufacturing and follow up in OCD/PPGI/shipment/expedite list Must be proactive and work well with subordinates and supporting team Preferred Skills & Knowledge Supervisory skill, analytical skill and leadership skill. Good communication skill, good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Computer knowledge is an added advantage, especially in Microsoft office application. Education And/or Experience Degree holder or equivalent. Working experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage
