Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Scheduling and assigning adequate resources Monitoring progress Resolving problems Reporting shift production status To follow up material with store. Control and discipline leaders and operators. Manpower arrangement and allocation of production. To ensure machines running with good quality and efficiency. Ensure all lot closes according to the schedule. Arrange reject PCBA/ WIP for repairing / debugging. Update the daily production report and follow up the status. To ensure production housekeeping done. All others matter as required by superior. Work closely with other shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effectively communicated Timely completion of production plan
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least SPM with 3 years of related working experience / Certificate / Diploma in related field with 1 years working experience. Computer literate. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000, ISO14001 and OSHAH, ISO 13485 are and added advantage. Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels. Willing to work on shift overtime. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia/ English. Candidate must have good judgment skills and creative planning ability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
