Job Description

Production Supervisor role is to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure products are produced safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves managing teams, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet output and quality targets. Lead and motivate operators/technicians while managing attendance and discipline. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S workplace standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues. Monitor performance metrics and prepare daily/shift reports.

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. 3+ years' experience in production supervision, preferably in electronics/assembly. Strong leadership, people management, and problem solving skills. Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and basic production improvement tools.
