Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Supervise production operations. Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, material usage, and downtime reports. Distribute work orders and workflow orders based on the production schedule. Track the flow and status of work-in-progress (WIP) and coordinate with production personnel to ensure timely updates. Assist in inventory control by recording raw materials issued, received and returned. Coordinate material flow with Quality Control, Warehouse, and Production teams to resolve discrepancies. Ensure the Quality Control of goods produced. Oversee and manage relevant operational maintenance services. Purchase of emergency supplies. Maintain clear communication with internal staff and suppliers. General admin & safety task.

Requirements:

Willing to work at Seelong Senai. Having a Driving License Having machinery / electrical maintenance skills is an added advantage. Ability to understand technical drawings is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
