Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery. Manage production line performance, manpower allocation, and work scheduling. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Monitor equipment and machine performance; coordinate with maintenance or engineering teams for repairs. Review and verify production reports, output, and quality inspection results. Lead and motivate production operators, ensuring proper training and discipline. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, etc.) to optimize processes. Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Planning departments to resolve production issues. Control production material usage and minimize waste. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with ISO / company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

(or equivalent). Minimum

3 years of experience

in production supervision. Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality systems. Good leadership and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate effectively in

English, Bahasa Malaysia

. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with ISO 9001 and 5S manufacturing practices.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
