Production Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day production, manufacturing process, and coordinating all production and operational activities of the factory.
To manage process control, waste control, ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and cost control.
Manage & achieve daily production target set by management.
Coordinate with QC & Engineering Department to resolve production related problem.
Providing strong leadership to employees on the production floor, ensuring high morale, teamwork, good employee relations, and promote team collaboration across the organisation.
To review existing system, improvise, and implement best practices to achieve cost-effective productivity and on-time delivery for all orders received.
To ensure the Company strictly adheres to all Government legitimate rules and regulations on Environment, Safety & Health, Security, and all in-house safety policies from the Production perspective.
To ensure good manufacturing practices and housekeeping practices (5S) are carried out at all time.
Drive performance improvement and maximize operational and production efficiencies
To prepare reports as requested by superior.
Requirements:
Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Word). Outstanding communication ability. Meticulous, keen attention to details & organized. Possess own transport. Assembly manufacturing experience will be added advantages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
