Job Description
Key roles and responsibilities
Production and workflow management
Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to production workers. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate with other departments, such as material supply and management, to ensure a smooth workflow.
Staff management:
Supervise, motivate, and provide direction to production staff. Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new employees. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve job results. Resolve staff conflicts and ensure a cooperative work environment.
Quality and safety:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Monitor and enforce production standards to ensure product quality.
Process and equipment oversight:
Monitor and evaluate the condition of production equipment and arrange for repairs when needed. Troubleshoot production problems and make corrections to equipment or processes. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Reporting and administration:
Track and report on production metrics and performance to management. Manage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,933.43 - RM4,967.99 per month
Work Location: In person
