Job Description

:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols. Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Identify and address production issues or bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and PMC, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials and resources are available to meet production demands. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among production staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Manufacturing and electronic assembly environment. Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members effectively. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving production targets. Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing best practices. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and manufacturing software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Malay, both written and verbal, is required. Additional language skills would be an advantage. Good working knowledge of 5S / Lean Manufacturing. Knowledge and understanding in ISO 9001:2015. Able to adapt quickly to changes in daily work plans and unplanned issues, maintaining a focus on productivity without compromising safety or quality. Malaysian citizen. Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
