RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Production Execuitve / Planner for process improvement and production planning
• Effectively supervise, coach, motivate and lead a team of production operators to acheive daily targets (output) with low rejection
• Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure production plan is supported and meeting targets
• Mantain good housekeeping in production area to ensure compliance to FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal and compliance to safety and work procedure
• Organise and allocate machine operators to the Group Leaders in carrying out the daily tasks
• Provide and record all trainings performed to workers
• Ensure Group Leader performing their daily tasks in accordance to the written work instruction or standard operating procedure
• Implement & enforcing company rules and regulations
• Check and verify report submitted by Group Leaders.
• Actions to be taken when there is any incompliance or non-conformities.
• Prepare & submit production daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Conduct counselling and ensure workers\' displinary issue & grievances are attended immediately
• Report to Executive or Management on any problems which cannot be resolved
• Must be willing to take on additional responsibilies and tasks as assigned by Top Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently.
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Required to work on shifts
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
• Own transport required

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
