Degree or Diploma in engineering or food technology, food science, food service or related curriculum required.
2 years of responsible experience working in manufacturing industry
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
Good understanding of quality and productivity concepts
Knowledge of Engineering or food and beverage manufacturing process, quality control and quality assurance, and auditing. ISO, GMP, HACCP, HALAL program development, and food processing and distribution regulations and industry practice would be added advantage.

Responsibilities
Assist Production Head of Department and Executive in upgrade and development of new production technique and quality improvement and planning future capacity requirements.
Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement activity.
Assist Production Head of Department and Executive in formulate and preparation of all Production Department Quality Control Standards, Standard Operation Procedures and documentation.
Follow and ensure proper traceability tools and system are being implemented throughout the whole manufacturing process and activity.
Plan, control and monitoring the inventory, receipt, and issuing record for all In-Direct Material and PPE stock etc. and provide the necessary stock update on monthly basis.
Ensure all handling and production waste disposal SOP are adhered to and updated documentation.
Control and recording all chemical issuing/usage records and ensure all storage, handling and waste disposal SOP are adhered to and updated documentation.
Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Prepare and ensure Production department ready for all internal and external quality audits activities at all times.
Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and statistical data on the process engineering to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of company products and efficiency of equipment/facility.
