Job Description
- 5 years of experience in a similar position within Panel Furniture production.
- Proficiency in drafting software and technologies.
- Knowledge of furniture production, processes, and safety regulations.
- Skills in costing products for quotations.
- Open-mindedness, adaptability, and creative thinking.
- Overseeing production processes and scheduling.
- Ensuring the availability of human and material resources.
- Managing the production team\'s functions, including job orders, work standards, and inspection reports.
- Monitoring production processes for efficiency and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintaining safety management and workplace compliance.
- Usual statutory contributions, in accordance to law
- Leave : Paternity, Maternity, Medical. Hospitalization, First Marriage
