Responsibility

Supervising operation status. Coordinate with other supervisor for any deviation to ensure smooth running of operation. To be responsible for overall production area activities including housekeeping and 5S. To arrange shift timetable of line leaders and operators. Attendance of line leader and operators. To countercheck & ensure weights for compounding materials are in accordance to specifications. To supervise, monitor and follow up with compounding personnel daily activities. To monitor stock level and usage of all latex and compounding materials. To ensure all compounding documents are recorded in accordance to ISO standard. To be responsible for overall compounding area activities including housekeeping and 5S of all facilities.

Requirement

Preferable minimum 2 years working experience in related field. Willing to work on rotational shift Always in good interpersonal skills with good manners and build up teamwork environment. Knowledge of all aspects of production equipment. Able to read & write Bahasa English & Malaysia. Able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
