- Supervise and manage daily production activities, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide leadership and training to production staff to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and streamline workflow.
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and production processes.
