We are looking for a

Technician

to join our dynamic production team in the

construction materials industry - concrete, tiles and specialised goods

. If you have strong hands-on skills, electrical troubleshooting experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Lead and perform the

assembly and setup

of production line machinery. Conduct

electrical troubleshooting

and repair work on equipment, panels, and systems. Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

to ensure minimal downtime. Monitor production line

efficiency and safety

, making necessary real-time adjustments. Train and support production team. Maintain

accurate logs

of repairs, inspections, and part replacements. Collaborate with the engineering and operations team to improve production systems.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Certificate

in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent. Experience

manufacturing

and experience in

pneumatic systems

,

PLC automation

, and

concrete or powder processing operations

.

5+ years

of hands-on experience in production line assembly or maintenance. Strong

electrical diagnostic

skills (PLC, sensors, motors, wiring). Familiarity with

mechanical systems

, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Able to read and interpret

technical drawings and schematics

. Proactive, safety-conscious, and a good team player.

Advantageous if You Have:

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, or SCADA systems. OSHA or electrical safety certifications. Experience in the construction materials sector (precast, modular, or ready-mix).
