Job Description

1) Assist EA / Engineer in evaluation of issue production that affected towards production and quality.

2) Assist in training new staff on machine operations and printing processes.

3) To carried out the process in order to ensure all product meets within specification requirement.

4) Correspondence on all internal and external quality feedback analysis and carried out counter measure implementation accordingly.

5) Daily review in internal performance process to continuous monitoring production performance.

6) Perform model changeovers and machine setup for daily production operations.

7) Troubleshoot machine and equipment problems and make necessary repair & maintenance.

8) Follow up machine condition and efficiency and take necessary repair counter measure to help achieve minimum defect of printing process and preventing line stop.

9) Comply and participate in all EQMS and Safety activities.

10) To comply to any additional responsibilities as and when assigned / required by superior.

11) Can make decision after get opinion and discussion with superior.

12) Can cooperation with team members and can share idea to improve the section and company.

13) Can work independently to perform their works accordingly with minimum supervise superior and have a good communication flow if any issue/problem happen.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
