Responsibilities

Coordinate manpower, material support and production schedule to meet requirements. Monitor and adjust for changes in status of materials, inventory control and scheduling to ensure smooth production operation. Coordinate supporting operations, identify problems and obtain information required for resolving. Supporting schedule problems, follow up fabrication, assembly and testing procedures to determine compliance with projected schedules and requirements. Understanding and commitment to Quality Policy, department and its Quality Objectives, ISO Quality. Develop detailed departmental schedules and provide status visibility by maintaining the master schedule. To ensure all incoming & outgoing goods, material, supplies are counted, verified and tally. Stock report for all outgoing stock, update inventory system and generate shortage, damage or discrepancies report as and when necessary. To ensure that all outgoing goods are delivered via delivery order. All outgoing goods must be properly checked and verified before a gate pass could be issued. To answer telephone calls, greet and assistant customers, provide information and data concerning purchase / delivery orders, stock on hand and damage or storage of goods. To assist in the conduct of monthly inventory checks of all stock to ensure an accurate account of all goods in the warehouse. To process customers order, print out delivery order and documents. To liaise with transporter on W&D delivery status and delivery issue. To liaise with the hauler and forwarder on the receipt and delivery of container and keep relevant records of these transactions.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of MS office & at least 1 year working experience in logistics/warehousing or manufacturing.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
