The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Penang in Malaysia is focused on Comfort and Driving Assitance. Our department is looking for a VIE Productivity buyer for 12 months.

Your challenges?

You will improve site competitiveness through serial materials cost reductions in liaison with Business Group and Group organization.

You will support the commodity organization (Segment Leaders) to reach the site negotiation objectives

You will drive in front of the MSC material productivity actions and brings suppliers in, in line with budget timing

You are graduated from a master degree in purchasing

You already have experience in purchasing

You have a fluent level of english

You have strong knowledge on plastic injections,supplier base and current market situation

You have SAP knowledge

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
