As a Professional Medical Specialist, you will have full responsibility and accountability for the assigned region, with a focus on achieving market share growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing the market to develop and execute a territory plan.
• Building effective relationships with assigned customers and providing them with information on our products, devices, and indications.
• Ensuring timely and consistent follow-up with customers.
• Actively participating in and contributing to regional meetings, national conferences, and other related events.
• Collaborating with colleagues from Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) to maximize the sales of Novo Nordisk products.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of field sales experience in Melaka and Negeri Sembilan Government Hospitals, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• University degree in science, business, marketing, or a related field.
• A self-starter with a highly engaged and positive attitude, dynamic, results-driven, with excellent networking abilities.
• Good track record, medical knowledge, and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations in a continuously evolving environment.
• Valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
