JOB SUMMARY

Deliver high-quality and innovative teaching across diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs in ICT. Lead and supervise research at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, promoting a strong culture of inquiry and academic excellence. Contribute actively to the university's research agenda through impactful publications and leadership in research initiatives. Continuously review and enhance course offerings to reflect emerging industry trends and meet accreditation standards. Play a key role in curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic governance within the School of ICT. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with industry stakeholders to support collaborative research and student internships. Mentor and guide junior academic staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence. Contribute effectively to strategic planning and policy development within the faculty.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline, with a strong academic track record. Proven excellence in university-level teaching and curriculum development. Established research profile, demonstrated by high-impact publications and success in securing competitive research grants. Strong ability to develop and maintain productive collaborations with industry partners, delivering both academic and practical outcomes.
