JOB SUMMARY

Deliver high-quality, innovative teaching across diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate ICT-related programs. Lead and supervise research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, fostering a strong culture of inquiry and academic excellence. Actively contribute to the university's research agenda through impactful publications and leadership in research initiatives. Continuously update and enhance course offerings to align with emerging industry trends and accreditation standards. Play a key role in curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic governance within the School of ICT. Build and sustain strong partnerships with industry stakeholders to support collaborative research and student internship opportunities. Mentor and guide junior academic staff, nurturing a culture of excellence and professional development. Contribute meaningfully to strategic planning and policy development within the faculty.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline, supported by a strong academic track record. Demonstrated excellence in university-level teaching and curriculum design. Established research profile with a record of high-impact publications and success in securing competitive research grants. Proven ability to develop and sustain productive collaborations with industry partners, delivering both academic and practical outcomes.
