Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Advising undergraduate and postgraduate students on their dissertations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical sessions etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare / modify / update / upgrade teaching materials e.g. lecture notes, modules, learning units, tutorial worksheets, handouts, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all grades have been submitted by Associate Module Leaders according to the deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set and mark assignments, tests, projects, examination papers, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend and participate actively in school meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Counsel students under your supervision on academic and non-academic matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend / present papers at seminars / workshops when necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute articles to internal and external journals, HCTV news and website. \xe2\x80\xa2 Present conference papers at local / national / regional level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in marketing the school programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise and assist University College events / functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise and assist in conducting workshops, talks, etc organised by the school. \xe2\x80\xa2 Guide students in the participation of national / regional related contests, projects and campaigns. Requirements: \xe4\xb8\xad\xe5\x8d\x8e\xe7\xa0\x94\xe7\xa9\xb6\xe9\x99\xa2 \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Language and literature or any related discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with research / working / teaching experience in relevant fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. School of Communication and Media \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Mass Communication or any related discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with research / working / teaching experience in relevant fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in English is required. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. School of Applied Creative Arts and Design \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess, preferably, at least a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably specialized in Arts, Drawing, Design theory and software. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
