Job Description
- Master Degree or Degree or Diploma or DKM or DLKM in AUTOMOTIVE or related fields.
- Candidate with VTO and Induksi certificate will add more advantages
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Passionate in teaching.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
The lecturer / trainer will play an essential role in the implementation and delivery of our curriculum as well as teaching professionalism to our students in automotive training. He/She also will be responsible for working with managers, and other lecturers to analyze, assess, and improve our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver the automotive theory and practical lessons punctually, professionally, and energetically.
- To motivate the students and ensure the participations of students in the class.
- To plan and prepare the class ahead, create and improvise the teaching materials strictly according to the learning outcomes.
- To create and improvise the assessment materials strictly according to the learning outcomes.
- To mark the assessment and key in the marks on time.
- To report to the manager on the class and student progression, get feedback from the manager and improvise the class.
