Product Trainers equip retail automotive sales professionals with comprehensive knowledge of the vehicles, facilitating training sessions both in-person and virtually.
1) Product Training Facilitation
Develop and conduct instructor-led training sessions.
Support various stakeholders as required, including fleet, engineering, marketing, sales and business centres
Comprehend and proficiently convey intricate vehicle product details while demonstrating a solid understanding of the retail environment
Lead the process of developing and revising content and curriculum as a Subject Matter Expert/Reviewer.
Implementing strategies for enhancing performance at the relate level to positively influence the company\'s vehicles sales.
2) Training Management
Assisting the training administrator in organizing and scheduling the quarterly training calendar.
Coordinating with the company product and zone managers to obtain the most recent vehicle specifications for materials development and training readiness.
Ensuring timely responses to inquiries from retail professionals.
3) Corporate Voice
Gain a comprehensive understanding of all corporate training programs, certifications, customer experience initiatives, corporate retail programs, and market initiatives in order to proficiently communicate them to the region.
Align efforts with corporate objectives aimed at fostering customer loyalty and advocacy to support Customer Experience goals.
Collaborate with and assist Business Center personnel on diverse initiatives geared towards boosting retail sales.
4) Other duties
Attend all corporate train-the-trainer (T3) events as required by department
Offer assistance to Corporate Brands in training and retail engagements.
Work towards achieving or surpassing all predetermined corporate objectives.
Demonstrate expertise in all brand vehicles, models, and trim packages.
Possess thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and all corporate software requirements.

Bachelor degree in any related studies.
Confidence to facilitate training in front of both large and small groups
Confidence to facilitate training in a virtual environment using multi-media support.
Able to facilitate in Chinese Language would be an added advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
Automotive Retail experience preferred as a Sales Consultant or Sales Manager.
Facilitation experience preferred in Automotive/Sales related curriculum.
Must be able to handle questions/objections, direct participant activities and maintain a high-energy learning environment
