Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

Shipment commitment to customer daily.

Handle the forecast loading, analysis, and simulation weekly.

ECO / SBR request from customer.

ENO / ICC charges to customer for monthly report.

Shipment arrangement ( SO, RSN, SRF) Manage claim from customer and PO.

RMA creation and return commitment.

LTB purchase control and approval.

Quote for SBR build charges. RoHS / COC / NRTL documentation to customer, pre-alert to quality before shipment out to KP.

Follow up for the FA / qualification requirement with customer and CFT team.

Attend weekly SCN / PCN call every Friday with KP

Attend weekly call for the MR material status with KP and Baxter.

Attend weekly Vest model call with KP and Baxter for the ECO change / SBR / FA package update.

Attend Optimus biweekly call every Wed for Sanmina material transfer.

RMA incoming pre-alert and coordination.

MRC commitment weekly review FOL commitment

Pre-load / LVC file for every Wednesday call

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
