Job Responsibilities:

• Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client\'s overall objectives
• Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• Build and maintain constantly up to date Project Execution plan, project templates and ensure project team is trained and constantly monitored to deliver excellent service, and in full compliance with process and governance agreed
• Planning for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.
• Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan
• Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
• Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPI\'s to improve project performance. Managing the change control process
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications

Qualifications:

• Degree in construction, project management or similar function
• Minimum 20 years\' experience with at least 5 years as a Senior Project Manager function managing multiple projects (ranging from medium to big and international size projects)
• Experience dealing with EPCC / EPCM / PMC project and experience in onshore oil and gas / refinery project would be preferred.
• Experience in managing contractors in pre and post contract stages and managing tendering process will be preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
• Ability to lead large multi-disciplined construction teams, with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
• Fluent in multi-lingual and with good spoken and written English.
