Leading a complex program in a fast-paced development and manufacturing environment Program is executed according to a stage gate product development and product introduction process. Overall coordination of the entire program In charge of overall budget, timelines, resources and overall risk management Drive for decisions with an entrepreneurial spirit Responsible for project controlling and reporting Close collaboration with customer and internal stakeholders Reporting status of Program to senior management (internal and customer) Summarize and communicate complex circumstances to various levels of stakeholders

Your Profile

Min 15 year experience in the field of program/project management within the semiconductor, electronics, automotive or optical industry BSc/MSC/Ph.D Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Optics Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills. Target driven personality with high execution focus Strong stakeholder management Entrepreneurial thinking and acting A thorough knowledge of project management skills Proficiency with planning and risk management Excellent problem solving skills
