Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business plans to achieve program profitability and work-scoping, be responsible for business's profitability. Act as primary liaison between internal company organizations and customers on all contractual negotiations, engineering change and RFQ. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution and business development; promote its total solution capabilities within customers' and potential customer's organizations. Organize and support program and technical reviews with customers. Demonstrate good 5S; observe and upheld safety practices. Perform any other tasks and duties as and when assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years in a program management role. Machining working experience is required. High preference for candidates with program management experience that covers supply chain, planning, and logistics area. Independent, self-driven and results oriented. Strong leadership and program management skills. Excellent communication skills. High proficiency in English. Strong problem solving and numerical analytical skills. Meticulous and detail oriented.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
