This role is responsible to handle order fulfillment, customer communication, and report analysis while managing planning, scheduling, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and collaborating with planning, quoting, production, and shipping teams, as well as overseeing sales and customer orders.
Oversee Program Execution: Direct the team in handling orders, contracts, and backlog, and resolve issues across various departments.
Evaluate Solutions: Assess potential solutions and provide necessary information to ensure timely delivery and complete customer satisfaction.
Coordinate Activities: Work with operations, production, accounting, issuing, and shipping teams to maintain high standards of customer care.
Manage Relationships: Strengthen and expand existing business relationships.
Customer Service Management: Efficiently handle daily customer requests and ensure follow-up on commitments.
Support Account Management: daily account management and communicate inventory needs to maintain appropriate levels.
Facilitate New Products: Coordinate between customer engineering and management teams to support the introduction of new products.
Utilize Portals: Effectively use customer portals to manage Order On Request (OOR) and other relevant reports.

8-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
