Job Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager role will support the Lam Research Global Operations Quality group with responsibilities to coordinate and manage the advancement of quality programs across multiple business units using technical, project management, and influencing skills to achieve results. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to take a more "hand\'s on" approach to achieve project results. In this role, you will operate independently, resolve conflicts, and address ambiguity with little or no direct supervision.

Preference is towards individuals with a strong background in leading teams through problem solving efforts and managing the implementation of continuous improvement projects affecting multiple stakeholders. Lam Research\'s Global Operations consists of multiple business units supporting Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Logistics teams. This role will work with internal Global Operations stakeholders and may also interact with GOps stakeholders within product engineering and also field operations.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise and support with data analytics, problem solving methodologies, and issue resolution management.
• Align global quality objectives with various teams within supply chain, logistics, order fulfillment and manufacturing.
• Track and publish key sub-metrics in support of corporate KPIs such as Perfect Order Index, install quality, and 8D performance.
• Partner with Global Quality and Product Group quality to drive systemic improvements and align to Global Operations (GOps) quality initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in business, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or relevant field. MBA or master\'s preferred but not required.
• 7 years of experience in operations, quality, or continuous improvement activities managing projects of various complexities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and message easily understood complex contents in front of peers and executives
• Strategic thinker, proven leader, and ability to positively influence stakeholders and team members without direct line authority
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, data, tools, and improvement initiatives focused on business process reengineering or continuous improvement in leading/fast-growth companies
• Experience leading projects with Lean/Six Sigma and problem-solving methodology
• Demonstrated ability to project plan and lead cross functional teams from all levels of the organization
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across a global organization

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master\'s Degree
• PMP Certification
• Strong analytical skills with experience using statistical analysis tools
