This job will be part of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which provides test and measurement solutions across a broad set of electronic industrial end markets, focusing on high-growth applications in the automotive and energy industries, and measurement solutions for consumer electronics, education and manufacturing, as well as semiconductor parametric testing, nano-positioning metrology and material science. The group provides electronic design and test software, instruments, and systems used in the simulation, design, validation, manufacturing, installation and optimization of electronic equipment.



Program Manager : Portfolio management, Volume Growth and Cost Saving

-Drive a strategy program to help to accelerate GM to 70% from Portfolio management, Volume Growth and Cost Saving perspective for EISG.
-Analyses and identify the potential opportunities/gaps for EISG GM impact and setup the necessary program to address it.
-Monitor, Track and Work closely with EISG ISTs, COEs and OF to fill the gaps
-Conduct a regular meeting to drive the program and connect to the stakeholder
-Drive for action and monthly update to VPs and Program Office

Job Qualifications
-Master degree in economics, finance or engineering.
-Minimally 10 years' experience in T&M Industry.
-Strong in collaboration and communication skillset.
-Strong knowledge in Analytics and Strategy planning.
-Able to work independently.
