Role Overview

The

Program Manager / Project Delivery Head

will oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cybersecurity or IT related projects across multiple geographies. This senior leadership role requires strong expertise in IT or cybersecurity, the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, and a proven track record of delivering high-value projects on time and within budget.

10+ concurrent projects

, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction while aligning delivery to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute delivery strategy for complex, multi-region cybersecurity projects. Provide vision, direction, and leadership to a team of Project Managers and cross-functional teams. Establish governance models, delivery frameworks, and reporting structures to ensure project success.

Program & Project Management

Oversee a portfolio of

10+ projects

with varying budgets and scopes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage budgets for large-scale projects (multi-million-dollar range), tracking financial performance and resource allocation. Mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery. Implement best practices in project management (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Serve as the senior escalation point for clients across different regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas). Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Present program status, KPIs, and strategic updates to C-level executives internally and externally.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of

10+ Project Managers

, driving high performance and career growth. Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture across geographically distributed teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field

Experience:

12+ years

in IT project/program management, with at least

5+ years in cybersecurity services

delivery. Proven experience managing a

team of 10 or more Project Managers

. Successful track record of handling

10+ concurrent projects

across

multiple geographies/regions

. Strong background in delivering

large-budget projects

(multi-million-dollar range). Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2). Certifications such as

PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CISSP, or CISM

are highly desirable.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong strategic planning and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and time zones. Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and P&L. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage crises and high-pressure situations.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM19,000.00 per month
