Job Responsibilities:

Drive Market Expansion

: Explore and develop new business opportunities to support growth and competitive positioning.

Lead Project Launches

: Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely, and successful project execution.

Customer Focus

: Promote customer-centric practices across the organization and oversee after-sales service to address client issues.

Business Planning

: Plan, execute, and monitor annual and monthly business plans, reports, and performance analysis.

Cost Optimization

: Control and reduce sales expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

: Liaise with internal teams to allocate resources and maintain strong customer satisfaction levels.

Continuous Improvement

: Monitor customer feedback, QMS/QA issues, and escalate or initiate corrective actions when necessary.

Reporting

: Prepare and present management reports, including customer satisfaction metrics, project status, and financial analysis.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Mandarin (mandatory) and English (oral & written). Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, account management, or business development. Experience in precision manufacturing, machining, or fabrication. Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. Strong understanding of business management principles and market strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel - Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Word).

About the Role

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Program Manager to drive business expansion, lead cross-functional project launches, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective program and account management. This role requires a proactive leader with experience in manufacturing, machining, or precision engineering industries.
