We're looking for a detail-obsessed, people-savvy Program & Sales Coordinator to ensure our participants--whether they're SMEs, corporate HR clients or women joining our masterclasses--have a smooth, delightful, and impactful learning experience. You'll be the key liaison between the participants, the trainer, and our backend systems.
This role is perfect for someone who's organized, proactive, and cares deeply about creating meaningful educational journeys. You'll help us scale by taking admin work off the founder's plate, ensuring clients keep coming back and recommending us.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Coordination
1. Prepare Zoom links, registration forms, class attendance sheets, and HRD Corp-compliant documents
2. Monitor real-time attendance and troubleshoot participant issues during sessions
3. Follow up with participants post-class for feedback, testimonials, or certificate collection
4. Coordinate schedules between trainers, corporate clients, and vendors
5. Other ad hoc scope as and when required to ensure smooth operations of our programs
Client Experience & Communication
1. Send reminders and onboarding emails before the class (automated + manual where needed)
2. Act as the point of contact for WhatsApp group coordination or Telegram community check-ins
3. Collect and compile participant feedback; prepare a short debrief or satisfaction report
Admin & Reporting
1. Submit or track HRD Corp paperwork (claims, SBL-Khas forms, etc.)
2. Update Airtable or CRM with attendance and course data
3. Prepare and issue certificates of completion (manual or automated)
Sales
1. Call the company's database (leads provided) and ensure conversion via ticket purchases to our events.
2. Daily calls are to be made with minimum calls required.
3. Tracking of sales call via logs (template provided).
