Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis & Design: Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document complex requirements. Translate these needs into detailed technical specifications and system designs. Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions, including both front-end and back-end components. System Integration: Develop and maintain APIs and integration points between new and legacy systems to ensure seamless data flow. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software and system issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term solutions. Lifecycle Management: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a technical translator and bridge between non-technical stakeholders and the development team.
Qualifier:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or in a similar hybrid role. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript). Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries. Demonstrated ability in systems design, including creating process flows, technical specs, and data models. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
