The Programming Technician is responsible for supporting machine programming, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations. This role involves assisting engineers, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring programming compliance according to established procedures.
Perform machine repair, maintenance, and basic programming tasks.
Assist Senior Engineer in First Article setup and production preparation.
Identify and report non-conforming programming or system issues and follow escalation procedures.
Conduct basic system troubleshooting, installation, modification, and adjustments as required.
Maintain accurate technical data, records, and documentation related to technician activities.
Support production and engineering teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Comply with standard operating procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
Work on a rotating 3-shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night) from Monday to Saturday.
Requirements
Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Basic knowledge of machine programming, system troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Basic computer and network skills.
Ability to work under supervision and follow clearly defined procedures.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
