Coordinate and manage recurring Acquisition Program meetings involving Network Planning, Real Estate, and L2 partners.
Establish and maintain a structured meeting calendar with clearly defined objectives aligned to program milestones and strategic goals.
Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and minutes in a timely manner.
Ensure effective stakeholder participation by tracking attendance and engagement.
2. Administrative & Secretarial Support
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Acquisition Program team, including project tracking and reporting.
Maintain centralized document repositories with appropriate access controls and version management.
Develop weekly and monthly dashboards to track acquisition progress, key performance indicators, and potential bottlenecks, including recommendations for process improvements.
Support the preparation of presentations and reports for monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to internal GRM and Network Imperatives requirements.
3. Action Item & Progress Management
Monitor, update, and manage action items arising from Acquisition Program meetings.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and escalate overdue items when necessary.
Identify recurring delays and recommend corrective actions to enhance execution efficiency.
Provide leadership with clear visibility of critical issues, blockers, and mitigation plans.
4. Network Organization Support
Support broader Network initiatives, including Real Estate and Engineering projects, contributing to overall Network T&R delivery.
Provide coordination and administrative assistance for cross-functional initiatives.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by Network Leadership Teams.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Program Management, or Administrative Support with a proven delivery track record.
Experience in Retail Network Development, Real Estate, or Engineering projects is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools.
Strong understanding of reporting and data analysis techniques.
Soft Skills:
Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
