Job Description


\xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out general site office administration duties and tasks of our projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to handle warehouse or store at sites. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with purchaser and closely monitor inventory level at sites to prevent low stock level \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with purchaser for stock replenishment instructed by supervisor or project manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing, applying, renewing and filing all permits or passes required for all staffs at sites. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing report and liaise to all necessary departments at HQ. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc / duties / projects that may be assigned by supervisor or project manager as and when required. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 High School or SPM graduate, Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate. Proficient with the Microsoft Office is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1 year of working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good personal attitude that comes with job responsibility & dedication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work overtime, on rest day or Public Holiday if needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel and be able to work at project site (Gelang Patah). \xe2\x80\xa2 Have own transport.
Supply & installation of security and communication systems
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
